Over 30 Challenge Partners schools will be hosting Leadership Development Days from October 2016, welcoming pairs of visitors to address challenges and share solutions.
Leadership Development Days are structured school visits lasting one day, enabling pairs of school leaders to immerse themselves in the context and practice of another Challenge Partners school with expertise in a specific area, phase or subject. By attending you will have the opportunity to learn about another school’s journey and strategies, observe lessons, address challenges and reflect with colleagues. Each Leadership Development Day is designed for 3-5 pairs from different schools, providing the opportunity for your school to collaborate with colleagues across the national partnership.
