This intimate annual event encourages you to collaborate on this year's theme Delivering Inclusive Excellence. 

At Challenge Partners' 2023 Trust Leaders’ Conference participants worked together to develop Four Big Ideas to Lead the System to Excellence and Equity and presented them to Shadow Schools Minister Stephen Morgan. By joining forces with CST for our 2024 event, we will harness our combined strength to act on and in the system; leverage policy and practical insight; and draw expertise from within and beyond the sector. We can't wait!

We’ll be joined by Jon Yates, Executive Director of the Youth Endowment Foundation – the leading charity on what works to keep children safe. And Ade Adepitan MBE, a television presenter, Paralympic basketball player, and disability advocate who will be delivering a talk on 'Overcoming obstacles and achieving your dreams.'
