Salary: £36,770-43,259 dependant on experience
Location: London, with travel required within England
We are looking for a successful leader to join our growing team. You must be committed to our cause, ambitious for children and Challenge Partners, and restless for continuous improvement in all that you and we do.
As a member of the leadership team, you will have an important role to play in leading Challenge Partners in its next phase of development. As Head of Business Development, you will drive our ambitious growth plans, combining business acumen and an awareness of the schools context to develop and implement sustainable growth plans that work for the sector we serve. You will contribute to every child receiving a great education.
This is a new role and the successful candidate will have considerable autonomy in shaping how the role and Challenge Partners' approach to communications, markerting and engagement develops.
