Our annual National Conference is a day of inspirational speakers, masterclasses and workshops, on Thursday 27 February - and tickets are now on sale.
This theme this year is Inclusive Excellence and keynote speakers are paralympic champion Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, who will talk about leadership and her own inspiring journey; as well as writer and broadcaster Matthew Syed, author of Rebel Ideas: the power of diverse thinking.
At the heart of our conference are our partner schools, who will be sharing best practice in more than 25 carousels and workshops on subjects including: breaking the cycle of disadvantage; curriculum planning, mental health and nurture provision.
Other speakers include Margot Sunderland, child psychologist and psychotherapist, who has worked with families and children for more than 30 years, and is author of several books on child mental health. And Dr Nira Chamberlain, president-elect of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, who was voted ‘World’s Most Interesting Mathematician’ and will be talking about Black Heroes of Mathematics.
More details will be announced throughout the autumn term. Early bird tickets for the event, at The Oval in London, are now on sale, find out more and book your place here.
