Jayne Jardine

Jayne has 31 years’ experience of working within education, with 22 of these being spent as Head Teacher of four highly successful special schools and two as a senior LA adviser.
Jayne has worked in secondary, primary and all age schools within the maintained and independent sectors. Working with schools where rapid change is required is a challenge she enjoys and she has successfully led her schools to be working within the outstanding range.
Jayne has a special interest in working with pupils who have autism and behaviour that may challenge; working closely with staff to enable them to better understand how to successfully develop a child’s communication skills to support them in overcoming barriers to learning.
As an aspirational practitioner her aim is for every child to be taught in an intrinsically motivating manner to ensure maximum engagement and learning.
Jayne is currently growing and developing a Multi Academy Trust (BSAT); working across two outstanding schools, Manor School, a large primary special school in Brent, and The Avenue, a new Free School, where the focus on personalised learning has ensured excellent outcomes for all pupils.
Her mantra is ‘Love, Learn, Laugh’.
