Tomilyn is the Data, Impact, and Evaluation Manager overseeing the data management of the organization and evaluations, as well as searching for ways to use data to showcase the work of Challenge Partners. She is passionate about making evidence-based decisions, and utilizing information to make the biggest impact with the least resources. Prior to working at Challenge Partners Tomilyn specialized in monitoring and evaluation with the United Nation's World Food Programme for nearly five years, and before that worked for a variety of small nonprofits.
Tomilyn holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Washington, and is a proud Seattlelite. Outside of work she's known for starting a book club in each new city she's moved to- from Phnom Penh to Juba, and is busy trying to fit in as many London museums as possible.
