We have revolutionised our QAR delivery, piloted AI-enabled approaches to analyse data on school effectiveness, and improved our finance, HR and IT systems.

With your support, we can deliver the next stage of our digital transformation, laying foundations for long-term growth and innovation and unlocking even greater impact for the schools and pupils who need it the most. This will enable us to:

• Revolutionise our data analysis capabilities, so we can accurately identify and reach schools and trusts in highest need contexts, better track and report our impact, and generate powerful insights to drive sector-wide improvement
• Deliver the highest-quality everyday excellence to our schools, and unlock new innovation like a new partner portal, delivering a frictionless customer experience and faster connections to the support, research and expert practice each school requires to improve outcomes for their pupils
• Build long term sustainability by increasing efficiency, improving our fundraising systems, and removing bottlenecks that slow down our work
