Partners: apply now to join our Education Advisory Group

We are propudly practitioner-led and partners are involved at all levels, including our Board of Trustees, Education Advisory Group, local hubs, and numerous other essential groups. Your input helps shape our work and is particularly valuable in the development of new projects and programmes, as well as when we review and plan ahead.

Two members of our Education Advisory group will be stepping down this year: Kate Frood and Carolyn Robson. We are extremely grateful for all they have contributed to Challenge Partners over many years. We are also grateful to Adrian Percival and Nick Hearn who stepped down last year.

The Education Advisory Group have responsibility for helping us to develop the programmes and activities of Challenge Partners, consistent with our commitment to be practitioner-led. Traditionally they have been Senior Partners, headteachers or CEOs but we are now keen to open the group up to a wider range of our partners and particularly welcome applications, for example, from hub managers, colleagues who have been involved in the Trust Peer Review/Trust Leaders Network, or a recently designated Teaching School Hub. These examples are not exclusive and there are several roles on offer. The EAG terms of reference are here.

If you are interested please email damesuejohn@challengepartners.org with a paragraph explaining why you are interested in the role. We look forward to hearing from anyone wishing to nominate themselves or a colleague by 2 July 2021.
