School improvement charity Challenge Partners today welcomed Jubilee Networks into their growing national partnership of trusts and schools. The move will further expand the charity’s work, which brings schools and multi-academy trusts together to collaborate and challenge each other in pursuit of better life chances for all pupils.
The ownership and management of Jubilee Networks, a regional headteacher and trust CEO network, has transferred to Challenge Partners, and Jubilee Network’s Director, Catherine Bailhache, also joined us as Head of Network Development.
Both organisations are committed to delivering high-value collaborative learning and support for school leaders, to innovative and share their wisdom, and reduce educational disadvantage.
Dr Kate Chhatwal, CEO of Challenge Partners said: "We are very excited by the addition of Jubilee Networks and Catherine to Challenge Partners. Like Challenge Partners, Jubilee Networks are committed to mutual collaboration, challenge and learning in the service of better outcomes for children and young people. By joining together, we will strengthen our offer for schools, trusts and leaders in both Challenge Partners and Jubilee Networks.”
The network’s previous owners, Integral Change Consulting Ltd, said the move helped secure the pioneering network’s future. Nick Mayhew, CEO of Integral Change said: “It’s been a fascinating journey over the last seven years and I feel very pleased that the innovative work of Jubilee Networks now has an opportunity to sustain and thrive in such a propitious new context. I take pleasure in the continued enthusiasm and loyalty of so many Jubilee Network members – and would like to thank Catherine for the skilled and tenacious way she has curated this work over the years. I wish her and Challenge Partners very well into the future.”
Challenge Partners has more than 475 member schools and also works with school trusts, running multi-academy trust peer reviews. Jubilee Networks has a loyal trust CEO network, which will continue as part of the agreement.
Catherine Bailhache, Head of Network Development for Challenge Partners, said: “I’m very much looking forward to exploring new synergies and forms of network development that will deliver exceptional value to our combined membership. It is my sincere wish that Jubilee Network schools seize the opportunities available and my firm intention to listen, consult and optimise the outcomes of this alliance for our heads and CEOs.”
