Pip Kohler

Pip joined Challenge Partners in February 2025 and works in the Partnerships Team, supporting hubs of collaboration to strengthen local partnership working and prioritise school improvement initiatives.

She is passionate about tackling disadvantage through education and has worked across the education sector at Ambition Institute and Teach First, focusing on delivery partner experience across programmes for new teachers, including the Early Career Framework and School-Centred Initial Teacher Training. Pip also brings experience in delivering community engagement projects, having worked in the hospice sector to bring end of life care into the community.
